Limited Warranty, 2016

19th Hole Cart, LLC hereby warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured by 19th Hole Cart, LLC, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of two years from date of purchase. Products manufactured by 19th Hole Cart, LLC are warranted with respect to parts and labor against defects in material and workmanship.

Products not manufactured by 19th Hole Cart, LLC shall be warranted to the extent and period provided by the original manufacturer. Transportation and labor expenses for warranty service are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. In no event shall 19th Hole Cart, LLC be liable for any loss of use, revenue or profit or for indirect or consequential damages. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of warranty. 19th Hole Cart, LLC reserves sole rights to all warranty determination decisions.

The procedures for filing a warranty claim are:

 
  • The original retail purchaser should contact 19th Hole Cart, LLC, Warranty Department, by email, notifying us of the warranty claim, and forward photos of the issues of concern.
  • Upon initial evaluation, 19th Hole Cart, LLC will ship a new or refurbished replacement part to the purchaser. This replacement part will be shipped and invoiced at full price. Any credit on this invoice is determined after the original part has been returned and warranty evaluation has been completed.
  • Upon receipt of the replacement part, the purchaser should then package the original item (using the packaging for the replacement part) and ship the original part to 19t h Hole Cart, LLC.
  • Upon receipt of the returned original part, 19th Hole Cart, LLC will conduct a warranty evaluation in order to determine if the issues relate to materials or workmanship. If it is determined that the issues relate to materials or workmanship, the invoice for the new or refurbished replacement part will be fully credited.
  • If it is determined that the issues are the result of abuse or negligence, all or part of the invoice for the shipping costs for both the replacement part, plus the return of the original part, will be due and payable by the purchaser.
